Are there characteristic personal profiles or natural personality traits for great leaders? I wouldn’t think so. I believe great leaders are made not born.
For me good leaders are inspiring, charming, magnetic, charismatic. But great leaders have a depth that only comes from within. They are genuine to themselves, transparent to the world, caring and honest, value the truth. Great leaders are in other words amazing human beings that arise in you only but positive feelings.
With the right guidance in early years, during youth or later in life great leaders may be born.
