You will identify concrete steps to take, which your leadership coach will follow up on with you.
Throughout the program, your leadership coach will be your "buddy" who boosts you, helps you, listens to you, and challenges you in a respectful way.
Coaching program
We will meet approximately every 3rd week during 6 months starting Sept 9th. You will receive some exercises to work on between meetings. Easy to do and that will create impact.
We will identify concrete KPIs for the program and follow them up.
5 000 USD for the whole program and 300 USD for your Personal Leadership Profile Assessment (at 50% discount). To be paid in two installments. One upon start and one half-way in December.
