Time for recovery

Here are some tips on how to recover your energy:

  • Think of things that you like, choose one and give yourself time for it.

  • Do not think about the future, but live in the present. Here comes a little exercise to get into the present, in your mind zone, not thinking about anything else and getting renewed energy. Count up to 100 and then count down with steps of 17, eg 100, 83, 66, etc.

  • Do not think about what you have left to do, but instead think about everything you have done.

  • Think positively in each scenario. Be kind to yourself and others. Be permissive in your thoughts.

  • Think about what you have learned in the recent weeks.

  • Think of yourself, go into yourself and pick out the energy that is already there. It will give you a longer lasting energizing feeling.

  • Try something new.

  • Don't take yourself seriously. Do something you are not good at and laugh at what goes wrong. For example play music quiz.

  • Show gratitude.
