Do you find that your employees sometimes have difficulties understanding each other? That it takes more time and effort to communicate than you wished? Are things sometimes not done as you expected or not at all?
We all communicate in different ways, some are short and straight forward, others use many words for what could have been said with a few.
How is your non-verbal communication? Do you find that some co-workers are more emotionally driven while others may seem emotionally cold?
What you can expect with this workshop is a greater understanding of your different communication styles which will result in you spending less time understanding each other and more time making things happen.
You will increase the energy level and the team will be more cohesive. You will notice that the team is happier and more efficient.
Strengthen and sharpen your team's communication
The workshop is held for half a day. Before the workshop, all participants need to answer 24 online statements where they are expected to click on the word that matches best and the word that matches the least. The questionnaire can be answered in over 30 languages. If someone would rather answer in another language, do not hesitate to ask if it is available. When the questions are answered, the answers are sent to each person and they get an online or IRL feedback meeting with Lizzie Claesson of approx. 1h.
